Representatives of the Student Health Center reminded students that the facility is closed on Sundays during a presentation at the Tuesday, Oct. 7, meeting of the Community Government Association (CGA). A few other reminders for students are:
Vacancies remain for representatives to the CGA Senate. Needed are students to fill three on-campus openings and three Kehr Union Openings: one on-campus, one off-campus and one at-large. Interested BU students should attend the next CGA meeting, Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 5:30 p.m. in the Kehr Union Ballroom.
The CGA Finance Committee Members approved funding to BU's chapter of the Northeast Pennsylvania Alliance Against Homelessness not exceed $885.42. This funding will support 12 students as they fight homelessness by working with Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans from March1 to 7, 2009.
