LaRoy G. Davis


LaRoy Davis
Davis, of Feasterville, is a graduate of Ashland High School and hold a bachelor's degree in comprehensive social science from Bloomsburg University, '67, and a master's degree in sociology and economics from Trenton State College, '72.

Additionally, Davis holds a supervisory certificate from BU and did post-masters work at BU, Penn State University, Temple University and Marywood College.

A former social studies teacher at Bensalem Township High School, Davis has served as president of the Bensalem Township Education Association and in a variety of posts with the Pennsylvania State Education Association. Civic activities include the United Way, Boy Scouts, World Affairs Council and the Bucks County Redevelopment Authority.

Davis is a past member of the U.S. Commission for the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution. He participated in the Fulbright International Education Seminars in India in 1971 and the United Arab Republic in 1974. Davis was appointed to the Council of Trustees in 1980.
