Take Back the Night

Take Back the Night
Take Back the Night, founded in 1978, is designed to stop the violence against women. Women started to stand up and speak out against sexual violence, and Take Back the Night became known as a visible way to fight back against sexual violence.

The goals of Take Back the Night are to:

  • heal individuals broken by sexual violence;
  • bring communities together in the spirit of wellness;
  • empower those who have been victimized;
  • take a stand to shatter the silence and stop the violence.

Take Back the Night will happen in the spring.
