The Academic Achievement Unit is dedicated to promoting the growth and development of all students in order to achieve academic and personal success. Its constituent programs (Academic Advisement, Academic Achievement, Act 101, Diversity and Retention, ROTC/AFROTC, TRiO/Upward Bound/SSS, The Writing Center, University Tutorial Services, Veterans Affairs) collaborate in order to promote retention and completion. The commitment to retention supports Bloomsburg University’s mission to prepare students to compete in an increasingly complex global environment.
