First check run for fiscal year 2023-24 (Husky Fund/ CA Budget)

• Any check paperwork will need to be submitted between 6/1/23 and 6/6/23 NOON to be disbursed with this check run
• Any emergency check paperwork, would need to be submitted by 6/1/23 NOON (to be considered for disbursement on 6/2/23)

There will be no official check run (Husky/CA Budget)

• Any emergency check paperwork, would need to be submitted by 11/21/23 NOON (to be considered for disbursement on 11/22/23)

Last check run for 2023 - Husky Fund

• All paperwork would need to be submitted no later than 12/12/23 by NOON

Last check run for 2023 - CA Budget

• All paperwork would need to be submitted no later than 12/19/23 by NOON

Last date to deposit for 2023 (Husky Fund/ CA Budget)

• This is the last date that deposits can be made and still be recorded for calendar year 2023

First check run of calendar year 2024 (Husky/CA Budget)

• Any check paperwork will need to be submitted by 1/2/23 by NOON to be disbursed with this check run

Fiscal YE cutoff- to request NEW purchase orders

• Please verify that any items being ordered will be received no later than 5/13/24, with signed invoices submitted no later than NOON on 5/14/24

Fiscal YE cutoff- to request a check payment

• Please keep in mind that all meal advances, purchase orders, recruiting advances, etc. MUST be closed out and reconciled prior to NOON on 5/21/24

Fiscal YE cutoff- to submit deposit requests (Husky/ CA Budget)

• These may include account deposits, ref pay refunds, etc.

Fiscal YE cutoff- Last check run of fiscal year 2023-2024 (Husky/ CA Budget)

• Any check paperwork will need to be submitted by 5/14/24 by NOON to be disbursed with this check run

Fiscal YE cutoff- No credit card swipes are to occur during this time period, all credit card transactions must be done, reconciled and entered into the system prior to the audit  

• Any transactions that occur between your last statement and 5/19/24, must be reconciled on your end and submitted properly no later than 5/21/24 by NOON

Note: There are NO ADDITIONAL stops allowed and this bus DOES NOT stop at Lionsgate.
