(Events are tentative and subject to change; check back for more updates) Friday, Oct. 8 Family Sports Activities at the Student Recreation Center: Families need to be accompanied by their BU  student throughout the weekend to enjoy such activities as Indoor Climbing Rock Wall, Open Hoops, Racquetball, Ping Pong, Badminton, and exercise equipment. Donate to the Bloomsburg Food Cupboard: Donations will be accepted to benefit the local downtown Bloomsburg Food Cupboard this season.  All Bloomsburg University students are eligible to visit the Bloomsburg Food Cupboard if in need of food assistance. Support this initiative by bringing any type of canned/dry food donations to campus and drop them off at either the Kehr Student Union Welcome Desk or the Lycoming Hall Lawn on Friday, October 8 between 3 to 9p.m.  Monetary donations will also be accepted.  For checks, please make them payable to “Bloomsburg Food Cupboard.” 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. - "Backyard Bash" on Lycoming Lawn(Rain location: Kehr Student Union Multi 345A/B) Featuring lawn games, free food, music, and giveaways 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. - Alumni Legacy Reception, Third Floor, Greenly Center (downtown): Heavy Hor'devours compliments of the BU Alumni Association 7 p.m. - "Family and Friends BINGO" in Kehr Union Ballroom sponsored by Program Board 9 p.m. - "Trivia Game Show Casino Mash-up" in Kehr Union Ballroom Saturday, Oct. 9 TBA – M/W Cross Country Invitational  TBA – Men’s Tennis Invitational  Family Sports Activities at the Student Recreation Center: Families need to be accompanied by their BU  student throughout the weekend to enjoy such activities as Indoor Climbing Rock Wall, Open Hoops, Racquetball, Ping Pong, Badminton, and exercise equipment. 2 p.m. - Football vs. Kutztown at Redman Stadium at Danny Hale Field Winners of Family Essay and Video Contests to be announced at halftime 4:30 p.m. - Men's Soccer vs. Millersville at Steph Pettit Stadium 7 p.m. - "DIY Family Crafts and Cards" in Kehr Union Ballroom 7 p.m.- Women's Soccer vs. Millersville at Steph Pettit Stadium 9 p.m. - "Hypnotist Show featuring David Anthony" in K.S. Gross Auditorium, Carver Hall. Seating is first come, first served. Masks for COVID safety are required of all attendees.
