Chemistry and Biochemistry

Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry is establishing a two-year pool of temporary faculty ending February 1, 2017. Faculty in this pool could be called upon to teach undergraduate laboratories and/or lectures during the academic year and/or summer as needed. Candidates must have a minimum of a Master’s Degree. Experience teaching basic undergraduate Chemistry courses and demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations are preferred. Finalists for positions selected from this pool must communicate well and must successfully complete an interview process and/or teaching demonstration as judged by the department faculty. Recommendation for hire is needed from a majority of the regular, full-time faculty within the department.
