BLOOMSBURG— Former mascot of the University of Oregon Tyson Wooters will present “Always Wear Your Head” Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 7 p.m. in Bloomsburg University’s Kehr Union Ballroom. The event is free and open to the public.

Today, he channels his mascot experience to rally college and high school student audiences with a message about student empowerment and leadership, using humor and shared experience to teach students to examine their opportunity to be part of their college community.

The presentation is co-sponsored by BU’s Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Frederick Douglass Institute for Academic Excellence. For information, contact Madelyn Rodriguez, director of Multicultural Affairs, at mrodrig2@bloomu.edu or 570-389-4510. #BUSpeakerSeries
