Robert Heckrote BA ‘12, MEd ’15 recently published an article in the Journal of College Orientation, Retention, and Transition. “Sharing the Burden of Student Success: Social Capital and Problem Normalization” examines two relatively small adjustments campuses can make that can positively affect student retention. Presently working on his Ed.D. in Administration and Leadership at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Bob is the Project GO Coordinator for Commonwealth University.
