Contact Information

Dr. Keller teaches undergraduate courses in Analytics, Project Management, Global Enterprise Security, Training and Development, Inter-Organizational Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP), and Leadership in Information Technology.  His graduate courses include Data Management in Business, Innovation in Information Technology, and Strategic Information Technology Management.

Dr. Keller is also an IT consultant overseeing complex ERP and BI projects and provides organizational change management and training services.  He has spear-headed a partnership between Bloomsburg University and the University of Rwanda.  His current research interests focus on business ethics and the use of Big Data to affect strategic decision making in international business.  He is focused on the impact of international companies who are missing the Cloud revolution and the impacts to economies, employees, and the market vertical.

Keller, an assistant professor in the Department of Innovation, Technology and Supply Chain Management, received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and his doctorate from Penn State University.  Keller is also a senior director of Delivery at Sierra-Cedar, Inc., where he oversees the implementation of complex Oracle Cloud and On-Prem projects.  Keller’s academic areas include Data Science and Cloud Analytics, ERP, Training and Delivery, and Project Management and he has spearheaded a partnership between Bloomsburg University and the University of Rwanda.  His current research interests are focusing on business ethics and the use of Big Data by corporate leadership to affect strategic decision making in international business.  He is focused on the impact of international companies who are missing the Cloud revolution and the impacts on economies, employees, and the market vertical.
