Shannon Hertz will enter her eighth season at the helm of the Bloomsburg University lacrosse team in the fall of 2021. Over the past seven seasons with the Huskies, Hertz has guided the program to a 54-47 overall record and three PSAC postseason berths. She ranks second on the program's all-time career victories list and has led Bloomsburg to five consecutive winning seasons beginning in the spring of 2017.
Under her guidance, 22 players have earned All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference honors. Following the 2021 season, Hertz was named the PSAC East Women's Lacrosse Coach of the Year.
