Our Leadership

At Bloomsburg University, we lead with the belief that opportunity belongs to those who are ready to work for it and unafraid to do something great with it. We’re not afraid of hard work or setting our own path. And we’re always ready to pull together. That’s what makes us Huskies.

Bloomsburg University was founded on the belief that opportunity is created by those determined to achieve more. We’ve built a reputation on grit, determination, and hustle over the last 180 years. And while these were the hallmarks of our students in 1839, they remain at the heart of every Husky today.

Guided by 19th President, Bashar W. Hanna, Ph.D., the University leadership champions the bold vision of our founding - preparing students for personal and professional success.
