The Hazing Agenda: Don't Hate. Collaborate.

Michael Ayalon has headlined keynote presentations on over 200 college campuses in 35 states to help solve problems with hazing, sexual assaults, and alcohol/drug abuse. As a speaker, he is able to take lessons learned from helping build companies from startup to over $25 million in annual sales, as well as best practices from working with universities all over North America to create dynamic, positive, and results-driven keynotes and workshops that transform people's lives.

Ayalon is the author of the book "From Letters to Leaders: Creating Impact on Your College Campus and Beyond." He is a graduate of the School of Management at the University at Buffalo and has a master's degree in public service management from Cumberland University. He currently works for Middle Tennessee State University's Center for Health and Human Services.
