Michael Ayalon has headlined keynote presentations on over 200 college campuses in 35 states to help solve problems with hazing, sexual assaults, and alcohol/drug abuse. As a speaker, he is able to take lessons learned from helping build companies from startup to over $25 million in annual sales, as well as best practices from working with universities all over North America to create dynamic, positive, and results-driven keynotes and workshops that transform people's lives. Ayalon is the author of the book "From Letters to Leaders: Creating Impact on Your College Campus and Beyond." He is a graduate of the School of Management at the University at Buffalo and has a master's degree in public service management from Cumberland University. He currently works for Middle Tennessee State University's Center for Health and Human Services. Ayalon is the author of the book "From Letters to Leaders: Creating Impact on Your College Campus and Beyond." He is a graduate of the School of Management at the University at Buffalo and has a master's degree in public service management from Cumberland University.
