Lock Haven Clinical Mental Health Counseling Club to Host Virtual 5K Fundraiser

In honor of May as Mental Health Awareness Month, the Commonwealth University-Lock Haven Clinical Mental Health Counseling Club will host a virtual 5K fundraising event on Saturday, May 6.
The event will benefit NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization.
Participants can run or walk the 3.1 miles on any course, track, trail, park, or neighborhood of their choosing and is self-timed using any fitness app or tracker preferred by the individual.
