Transcript Request

Requested transcripts will be processed and mailed within 2-5 business days.
 
The Office of Registrar will not attach any forms to transcripts. – Exception: We will accept LSAC or CAS form such as PTCAS, CASPA, AMCAS, NursingCAS, etc. Please email to buregistrar@bloomu.edu; FAX 570-389-2057 or mail to Bloomsburg University, Office of the Registrar, 125 Arts & Administration Building, 400 East 2nd Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. In order for the LSAC or CAS form to be attached, you will need to request your official transcript online through your MyHusky account via Parchment.

Transcript Request in MyHusky

The MyHusky login page allows you to Request Transcripts, register for classes, pay bills, view and accept financial aid and provides other related services and information.

In your MyHusky Student Center, click on Academics in the maroon bar on the left side of the screen. Choose Request Official Transcript.

The first time you click the link, you will be directed to the HuskyID single sign on page. Log in and follow the directions to create your Parchment account. Once you have a Parchment account established, the Request Official Transcript link will take you directly to your Parchment account. Complete and submit your transcript request.

    Prior Students and Alumni

    If you wish to activate your alumni MyHusky account for other tasks, please visit MyHusky web page section for Alumni.

    Your historical student information (Admissions, Enrollment, Records, Program, Curriculum, etc.) previously stored in the PeopleSoft, Jenzabar, and/or Colleague Student Information System (SIS) was migrated to the new SIS - Banner.  Registration activity in the new Banner SIS began for summer 2023 and fall 2023 sessions.

    Records will be retained in accordance with FERPA guidelines (see the FERPA Request Form) and our Record Retention Plan in which the Registrar holds the responsibility to permanently retain registration and academic records. Guidance on requesting transcripts is available on the Registrar’s Office web pages for Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield which provides contact information for the University’s designated agent, Parchment, for processing and sending official transcripts.
